Bid Manager EU Institutions

ALTEN is a multinational group specializing in consulting services, information technology, and engineering services for leading companies in the market.

At ALTEN Spain, we are currently looking for a Bid Manager EU Institutions to join our offices in Madrid.

Working in strict co-operation with the Global Account Manager for EU Institutions and the Development Director for IT Enterprise Services, the successful candidate will:

• support the selection of suitable tenders for IT Services from all EU Institutions;
• support the definition of the correct bidding approach for each selected tender;
• define and implement specific bid plans for selected tenders;
• co-ordinate the bidding process for large tenders;
• co-ordinate the preparation of technical proposals in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders;
• track suitable KPIs for monitoring progress in bidding;
• discuss progress with senior management.

• Experience:
  • 15+ years experience in the IT domain
  • 5+ years experience in tendering with EU Institutions
  • Successful track record in submitting large EU tenders as part of consortia

   

  Location: Southern Europe, with availability to travel to Brussels/Luxembourg on a regular basis
